Danny Garcia Vence a Zab Judah por decisión unánime, resultado de los jueces (115-112, 114-112, 116-111) durante la promoción de este combate, hubo muchos insultos y mucha palabrería por parte de Zab Judah, pero hoy en el ring eso salió sobrando al parecer Judah no pudo mandar a dormir a Danny Garcia como lo había predicho en conferencias de prensa, ya que desde el primer asalto se vio un Danny Garcia muy superior a Zab Judah conectando con su golpe recto de derecha un castigo fuerte sobre el rostro de Zab Judah desde el Primer asalto hasta el séptimo, Garcia mencionaba que su enfoque era destruir A Zab Judah, aun en la ultima conferencia de prensa lo reafirmo diciendo que no iba hablar mucho que el ring lo iba a demostrar.
Cuando en el octavo asalto el mejor para Danny Garcia, con un golpe de derecha bien colocado en el rostro, envía a Zab Judah a visitar la lona por primera vez, sintiendo el duro golpe de Garcia, para después del conteo de recuperación vimos un Garcia con ganas de terminar la pelea, pero en el noveno asalto Zab Judah se recupera y se enfrenta a Garcia cuerpo a cuerpo, conectando varios golpes de izquierda y derecha sobre el cuerpo de Danny Garcia, para llegar así con vida hasta el ultimo asalto pero no fue lo suficiente para ganar este combate, un combate muy bien recibido de los aficionados el cual llenaban en su totalidad el Barclays Center de Brooklyn Nueva York.
